Synopsis:
Recently divorced Roberto is looking
for a replacement female magician's assistant under the guidance of his agent brother Lester. Enter
Jackie, a sexy torch singer, with a past. She is reluctant to revile
her history which included a past
therapist/ex-lover, Carla, as well as an ex-wife named
Melanie.

Character
Descriptions:
Roberto: a
magician (late 30's early 40's/ lead). A leading man with a good sense of humor,
unlucky in love, starting a new career path. Must sing and act equally
well.
Lester : Roberto's brother -an agent. (Early
40's/lead). Wise-cracking, slick, but loves his brother. He is sharp, witty, and
a ladies man. Must sing and act equally well.
Jackie: a singer/performer (mid 30's/lead) Very
sexy, torch singer type, humorous, a bit mysterious, funny and feisty. (Must act and sing equally well) .
Looking for a
talented transgender actress
